This project was a complying development certificate with an overall scope to extend and re-model the entire dwelling. the extension work was cleverly designed & crafted to fit in the confines of the CDC building envelope, utilising every bit of space. the house is unrecognisable with extension work & major structural works to create open plan living and enteraining. new bathrooms, ensuites, kitchen, laundry, alfresco area, heated floors, 7 skylights & new roof were all apart of this project
