Collaroy Renovation

This Renovation was carried out as a Complying Development Certificate, with the main scope of works to extend the second story to create a master bedroom, balcony and ensuite. The whole house was gutted, with new hardwood floors, high spec bathrooms & kitchen, double glazing windows & doors.
